THUNDER BAY - Nearly two-hundred people came out the Thunder Bay District Fish and Game Association as they held an open house at their outdoor range Saturday afternoon.
It was an opportunity to attract new members, inform the public and have a beautiful day at the range.
The association has several ranges for a variety of shooting sports including rifle and handgun, archery, combat, and biathlon ranges.
The facility has been operating for over sixty years and just underwent a major rebuild.
Spokesperson John-Bryan Gardiner is hoping for more members to come out and join.
Meanwhile the Junior Shooters association of Thunder Bay was also out, practicing and showing off their awards they recently won at a competition in Dryden.
